Re: Schedule for Friday 3/29 rehearsal

Hey everyone!!!

We're going to need some bodies to hold things in place for building the back wall in Saturday. Starting at 10.

If you need to check with spouses or others about your availability, try to do that before coming to rehearsal tonight.

Thanks!

Amy

It looks like a number of you will only be involved in "It's an Art" so you'll be dismissed when that's done to go enjoy the rest of your evening. As per usual, times might shift a bit as needed.

Mason 7:00 - 7:15 (we will have Jeff on Monday to do concentrated work on the mime)
Eddie Jaffe 7:15 - 7:30
It's an Art 7:30 - 8:30 (lots of time b/c this one's complicated - if we feel done quicker, great!)
Unemployed 8:30 - 8:40 (Jim stay after for Fireman Tom)
Joe 8:40 - 9:15
Fireman Tom 9:15 - 9:40
Very Good Day 9:40 - 10

Rehearsal Schedule Wednesday 3/27

An email I received brought up an excellent point about tonight.

The schedule is pp. 17 - 36
(Brother Trucker through Could've Been)

This means that for a lot of you, you aren't involved at all until "If I Could've Been".

"Brother Trucker" will possibly want some music review (it's learned, but it's challenging).
Millwork staging/choreo for the millworkers hasn't been learned yet - so that's going to take some time.

I'd say that it's probably a safe bet that if you're not involved in Brother Trucker, we won't need you until 7:30 or so at the earliest. If you're not involved until the last number, you can do other things until at least 9:00. If it turns out I'm wrong, we'll find things to work on with the folks who are present until everyone's there.

Here's the schedule I will have in my mind - subject to shifting as we go

7:00 - Brother Trucker
7:30 - Just a Housewife
7:50 - UPS
8:00 - Candy/Roberta
8:15 - Millwork
9:15 - If I Could've Been
9:45 - sing through Delivery  if there's time

See you tonight!!

WORKING - Schedule

Hey all!

Since a few have been confused on what days they are needed at rehearsals, I have updated the schedule to be easier to read. I will bring printed copies at Friday's rehearsal.

This schedule will be updated on Facebook and the blog:

Please see attached and let me know if you have any questions!

Thanks!

Re: WORKING - Updates

Just a quick reminder about the postcards.  If you decide to mail these out, please put postage on the postcard.  Otherwise, the postcard will not reach your recipient.  The bulk mail stamp that is there is only for very large mailouts sent one time and charged to TDW.  Individual cards need their own postage.

Hello everyone!

As mentioned during rehearsal, please take a poster and mailer as you come to rehearsal. Ask your friends, family, work, and even your favorite haunts to hang the signs up! Promote this show to everyone so they will come see what you are working so hard on! :)

Also - Elaine needs your bio for the program. This can be 75-100 words (unless otherwise noted by Elaine). Please provide this to her as soon as you can. Her e-mail is eavolker@gmail.com

Thanks!
